Kaleb Adams Pt

Kaleb Adams PT, DPT, CHT, Cert. VRS, ATC is a dedicated and experienced physical therapist currently serving at LHC Group since March 2024, while also working as a PRN physical therapist at Physiofit PT and Amedisys since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a physical therapist at Results Physiotherapy from January 2022 to May 2023, and at Physiofit PT from June 2017 to January 2022. Kaleb also completed a hand fellowship at Upstream Rehab Institute in 2020 and began as an athletic trainer at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center in 2013. Kaleb obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center from 2014 to 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Nicholls State University from 2009 to 2013.
