Kelly Gadison

Kelly Gadison has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical practice, quality management, and operations. Kelly began their career as an Administrator at Arkansas Home Health Providers II in 2013, where they worked until January 2015. Kelly then served as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Metro North Medical Center Hospital from January to November 2015. Following this, they joined Gentiva Hospice/Kindred Hospice as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations from November 2015 to November 2017. In 2017, they joined Intrepid USA Healthcare Services as the Area Director of Operations, a position they held until March 2019. Currently, Kelly is employed at Amedisys, where they have held positions such as Area Vice President of Operations from March 2019 to August 2020, Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations from August 2020 to September 2023, and Vice President of Clinical Practice and Quality from September 2023 onwards.

Kelly Gadison has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Arkansas Tech University. Kelly also holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing, with a field of study in Nursing Administration, from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma and as a Registered Nurse from ARSBN.
