Lindsey Kurtz

Lindsey Kurtz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR consultation and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amedisys since June 2022, Lindsey supports the Hospice organization by developing and executing human capital strategies. Prior experience at PNC includes roles as VP, Recruiting Manager, where Lindsey led a team serving a workforce of approximately 4,200 employees, and VP, Employee Relations Leader, focusing on the Covid-19 response. Previously, Lindsey held positions such as AVP, HR Business Partner, and Officer, Recruiter, accumulating over a decade of experience in human resources. Lindsey's career began at Oxford Solutions as an IT Recruiter, specializing in technology recruitment. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Gannon University.
