Betsy Roche

Betsy has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and autism since 2000. She has held a variety of roles during her career. Starting out in direct service, Betsy gained experience providing in-home and community-based behavioral support, managing Family Support contracts, running one of the 7 Massachusetts state-funded autism support centers, as well as spearheading fundraising and development initiatives. Starting out providing direct service to people diagnosed with developmental disabilities and Autism has built the foundation for the passion and commitment Betsy has to the field. In her role at Amego, Betsy is responsible for supporting the agency's operating budget through philanthropy and community collaboration as well as supporting the executive leadership and management in their day-to-day tasks.
