Cedric Hunter

Cedric Hunter is a seasoned surgeon with extensive experience in plastic and microsurgery. Currently serving at Amelia Aesthetics since October 2021, Cedric previously held the position of Assistant Professor and Microsurgery Program Director at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from August 2018 to September 2021. Cedric completed a fellowship in microsurgery at The University of Chicago in 2018, focusing on complex reconstructions and physiologic surgeries. Prior to the fellowship, Cedric underwent a six-year integrated Plastic Surgery residency at Stanford Health Care, which encompassed a comprehensive range of surgical training. Cedric earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 2011 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained in 2007.
