Tania Sagaste

Tania Sagaste has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tania began their career as a TV Station Engineer at CCMA i CCRTVi in 2005 and then moved to MediaPro as a Technical Manager in 2006. In 2008, they joined La Salle Technova Barcelona as a Program Manager, where they managed both internal and external projects. Tania also served as the MedLab Cluster Manager, overseeing a collaboration cluster in the e-Health sector. In 2012, Tania became the Director of La Salle Technova Barcelona, a position they held until 2015. Tania then joined Caixa Capital Risc, where they initially worked as an Operations Associate for the seed fund and later became an Investment Manager. Currently, Tania is the COO at Amelia Virtual Care, where they drive the company's operational capabilities and focuses on customer satisfaction and company goals. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, investment analysis, and business development.
