Melanie Surmont

Melanie Surmont possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as DRH at Amelis since December 2020. Previously, Melanie held the position of Responsable RH Juridique Projets Methode at Maison Lenôtre (groupe Sodexo) from December 2017 to December 2020, and prior to that, was Responsable Ressources Humaines at LIDO de Paris (groupe Sodexo) from July 2006 to November 2017, managing HR functions for an entity with 300 employees. Melanie's educational background includes a DESS in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from IAE de Poitiers, a Maitrise in Droit with a specialization in GRH from IUP Juriste d'Entreprise (Université Toulouse), and a DEUG in Droit from Le Mans Université.
