Jason McWhorter

Jason McWhorter has been working in the professional world since 2004. Jason began their career at Kroger, where they held several roles including Business Owner of Deli/Bakery Operations, Business Owner of eCommerce, Process Change Manager, Senior Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, and Store Director. As Store Director, they were responsible for leading a staff of 180 employees and maintaining relationships with outside vendors. Jason also managed the planning of training and development programs. In 2021, McWhorter joined AMEND Consulting as a Senior Project Leader and Project Leader.

Jason McWhorter obtained their B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations and Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University between 1999 and 2004. In 2012, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from SSA. In 2014, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from SSA.
