Paul Delaney

Paul Delaney is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as the President, Partner, and Senior Project Leader at AMEND Consulting since September 2014, focusing on transforming processes, metrics, and personnel for mid-market companies. In addition, Paul has been an Executive Board Member and YP Board Co-Chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati since February 2015. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Michaels Finer Meat and Seafoods and General Mills, where Paul led teams to improve throughput and operational efficiency. Paul also contributed to projects optimizing various operational processes at Limited Brands and HJ Heinz while completing an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
