Everett Lynn

Everett Lynn is the CEO and founder of Amenify. Everett has also co-founded iAQ Systems, Inc., and worked as an acquisitions specialist for Stockbridge Capital Group and in the Real Estate Advisory Group for Duff & Phelps.

Everett has always had a passion for real estate and technology. In 2014, they co-founded iAQ Systems, Inc., which specializes in digital healthcare and energy efficiency in real estate via the IOT. The company was a CleanTech Open National Semifinalist in 2015. In 2016, they partnered with Radicand Labs.

Prior to their work with iAQ Systems, Inc., Everett worked as an acquisitions specialist for Stockbridge Capital Group. Everett was responsible for financial analysis, transaction support, and advisory services for commercial real estate.

Everett's experience in both the technology and real estate industries have given him the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as the CEO and founder of Amenify.

Everett Lynn has a continuing education certification in smart grid technology from the University of California, Berkeley. Their undergraduate degrees are in economics and chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
