Samuel Leavitt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Intern at Rachel's Table Food Service, where they created an Excel database for food donors and conducted extensive research. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Camp Counselor at Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department, overseeing a group of elementary school students and receiving positive feedback for their leadership and counseling style. In 2011, they were a Head Archery Counselor at Kenmont and Kenwood Summer Camps, managing the camp's archery program and creating an engaging curriculum. The same year, they also worked as a Quest Program Trail Leader at Trinity College, guiding a group of freshmen on the Appalachian Trail, prioritizing safety, and encouraging cooperation. In 2013, they interned as a Judge's Intern at Hampden County District Courts. Samuel then joined the Eric Lesser Campaign for State Senate in 2014 as an Assistant Field Director. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Service Staff at Union Square Hospitality Group, and from 2015 to 2017, they served as a Server and Kitchen Expeditor. In 2018, Samuel worked as the CFO and Co-Founder at SustainaBrew Consultancy. Samuel then worked as a Server at Seaport Hospitality from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Amenity Analytics as the ESG Product Lead, starting in 2020.
Samuel Leavitt completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford in the years 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they also briefly studied Marketing and Political Economics at Fudan University. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sustainability Studies from Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability.
