Bart Barbessi

Bart Barbessi has worked as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at Lockheed Martin from 1987 to 1989. Bart then joined Lockheed Martin as an Aerospace Engineer for a brief period in 1990. After that, they worked for the US Federal Government as an Analytic Manager from 1990 to 2017. Currently, they are employed as an Analytic Director at Amentum since 2017.

Bart Barbessi has a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (BAE) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990. Bart later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Science, Technology & Public Policy from The George Washington University between 1995 and 2000. In 1996 to 1998, Bart obtained a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Technology from the Boston University Brussels Graduate Center (BUB). Lastly, they completed an Executive Scholar program in Leadership and Management at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2011.
