Connor Smith

Connor Smith is an Avionics Engineer at Amentum and a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.85 GPA. Connor has a passion for mechanical design, particularly in additive manufacturing and CAD, and a strong interest in electronics and robotics. They served as a Heat Transfer Teaching Assistant, supporting 450 students, and completed a Mechanical Engineering internship at Exolith Lab, where they focused on structural design and testing. Prior to their engineering roles, Connor developed valuable communication and organizational skills while working as a Bakery Associate at Publix Super Markets.
