Erika Brant

Erika Brant has extensive experience in corporate strategy and competitive intelligence within prominent organizations. At Amentum, Erika served as the Director of Corporate Strategy and IDIQ PM & Strategy Lead from September 2024 to April 2025. Prior to Amentum, Erika worked at Jacobs from September 2020 to September 2024, holding positions such as Director of Corporate Development and Director of Competitive Intelligence & Policy Analysis. Erika's earlier career includes roles at Northrop Grumman, where Erika was a Senior Principal Competitive Assessment Analyst and various positions in competitive assessment. Erika's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge, along with a prestigious Pre Doctoral Fellowship at Dumbarton Oaks Trustees.
