James Vera

James Vera has extensive experience in plant operations and human performance improvement, spanning over 36 years in various industrial settings. From April 1994 to January 2005, James served in roles at URS Corporation, including Plant Operations and Root Cause Analyst. Currently, since October 2022, James works at Amentum as a Human Performance Improvement Subject Matter Expert, focusing on identifying and resolving human performance gaps through executive coaching, organizational culture management, and leadership development. Prior to URS Corporation, James worked as a Utility Operator at Clean Harbors from March 1991 to April 1994, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills in enhancing organizational performance through an emphasis on the human factors that drive results.
