Merle Ellet

Merle Ellet has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They began their career in 1985 as a Calibration Technician in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 1990. They then worked as a Calibration Technician at EG&G Technical Services and Precision Fabrication and Cleaning before joining United Space Alliance as a Senior Calibration Technician from 1995 to 1999.

In 2001, Merle joined Wyle as a Network Planning Analyst, where they primarily focused on analyzing metrics and maintaining contract databases and reporting structures. They also developed custom automation software during this time.

In 2008, Merle joined URS Corporation as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Information Systems Manager. They were responsible for architecting and managing systems, including a SQL Server 2012 Data Warehouse and Tabular Business Intelligence system. They also worked as a DBA, SQL Developer, and ETL developer. Merle continued working with URS Corporation when it became AECOM/URS/EG&G and then Amentum, holding the role of Business Intelligence Architect until 2021.

Overall, Merle Ellet has developed a strong background in data engineering, business intelligence architecture, and information systems management throughout their career.

Merle Ellet attended Eastern Florida State College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Engineering. Prior to that, in 1983 to 1984, Merle attended Western Business College and earned a Business College Diploma with a focus on Computer Programming and Business. Merle completed their high school education at US Grant High School between 1981 and 1983.
