Stacy Ash

Stacy Ash is an experienced Subcontracts Manager currently employed at Amentum since January 2023. Previous roles include serving as Manager of Subcontracts at L3Harris Technologies, where leadership encompassed a team supporting 15 active programs and managing complex subcontracts related to radar systems. Prior to L3Harris, Stacy held the position of Subcontract Manager at Leonardo DRS, overseeing IDIQ subcontracts for weapon sights and targeting systems, as well as a similar role at L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, managing subcontracts valued up to $100 million for aircraft modifications. Earlier in the career, Stacy worked as a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist at Raytheon and as a Subcontract Administrator at Northrop Grumman, starting in the supply chain field as a Production Planner at FSI International. Stacy holds an MBA and an MS in Supply Chain Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, along with a BBA from Texas A&M University.
