Anja Wolff

Anja Wolff has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning several companies. Anja began their career at Merisel as an HR Generalist in 1995 and worked there until 1996. Anja then joined BMG (Bertelsmann Music Group), Munich, where they served as Manager of HR Development & Training and HR Generalist from 1996 to 2002. In 2003, Anja joined Microsoft Germany as an HR Manager & HR Business Partner, and later advanced to the role of Senior HR Manager & HR Business Partner, holding these positions until 2009. Since then, Anja has held various leadership positions at Amer Sports, including VP Human Resources EMEA, VP Human Resources EMEA + Americas GTM, VP Human Resources Global GTM and Group Capability & Talent Practice, VP Human Resources Global Sales Development, VP Human Resources Structure, Capability & Communication, and most recently, VP Human Resources, Engagement Practice.

Anja Wolff attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 1990 until 1994. From 2002 to 2003, they enrolled at Simon, Weber & Friends to study Systemic Consulting & Coaching.
