Carrie Teffner

Carrie Teffner is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial leadership. Currently serving as a board member and Audit Committee Chair at Amer Sports and IDG, and as a board member at RITE AID and DXC Technology, Teffner has a proven track record of providing strategic direction and oversight across various industries. Teffner held significant roles at GAMESTOP INC, Ascena Retail Group, Inc., and Crocs, where responsibilities included leading financial transformation initiatives and facilitating strategic projects. Teffner earned an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Vermont.
