Tina Zhou

Tina Zhou has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the role of HR director and HR manager. Tina has worked at several multinational companies including Amer Sports China, Pernod Ricard, and Unilever. Their role at Amer Sports China involved serving as the Senior HR Director for Greater China & APAC. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate HR Director for Commercial and Talent Acquisition at Pernod Ricard, where they worked as an HR business partner for the Sales function in the Shanghai headquarters. Tina also led various HR initiatives such as organization transformation, talent development, and employee engagement. At Unilever, Tina served as a Senior HR Manager and had experience as an HR business partner for Sales, Supply Chain, and HQ corporate functions.

Tina Zhou received their Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Normal University. Tina then pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Renmin University of China from 2015 to 2018.
