Giseli Fritz has a diverse work experience in the oil and environmental industries. Giseli started their career as an Analyst of logistic at Pride International in 2006. Giseli then worked as a Contract Manager at CETCO Energy Services from 2008 to 2010, where they managed strategic sourcing processes and conducted negotiations with clients. Giseli then joined Interoil Representação as a Business Development and Contract Manager from 2010 to 2012.
In 2012, Giseli became the General Manager at Alpitec do Brasil, a role in which they provided operational direction and contributed to business and financial strategies. Giseli then moved on to Water Vision in 2016, where they worked as a Manager of South American Business Opportunities and Contract Manager until 2019. During their time there, Giseli played a key role in the development and implementation of the patented Thincell® technology for water treatment.
From 2017 to 2019, Giseli also worked at Water To Sea as a Manager of South American Business Opportunities and Contract Manager, where they focused on treating offshore produced water using innovative patented processes and equipment.
In 2019, Giseli joined NSS International as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they oversaw the development of the NSS Oily Water Separation System and provided installations for oil and environmental industries.
Most recently, Giseli joined Amerapex in 2021 as the EPC Business Development - International Manager. Amerapex offers engineering, procurement, and site services for water and wastewater in the petroleum and chemical industries. Giseli's role involves overseeing international business development and managing projects of modular design.
Throughout their career, Giseli Fritz has demonstrated expertise in business development, contract management, and strategic sourcing in the oil and environmental industries.
Giseli Fritz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from FAMINAS between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued an Oil Gas Engineering degree from Estácio, from 2010 to 2015.
