Donald Lundberg

Donald Lundberg has a diverse work experience in various manufacturing and operations roles. Donald is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at AmerCareRoyal, where they provide executive leadership for all manufacturing operations. Before that, from 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Bloem Living LLC, where they had full P&L responsibility for a home and garden plastics pottery manufacturing operation. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at True Organic Products, Inc., where they provided strategic and tactical leadership for the complete manufacturing operation.

From 2010 to 2014, Donald worked as the Director of Manufacturing Services at Novolex, where they managed safety, quality, continuous improvement, engineering, and technical services for 16 manufacturing facilities. Donald also served as the Director of Operations at Amcor Rigid Plastics from 2008 to 2010, where they managed all Canadian operations comprised of three manufacturing plants.

Earlier in their career, Donald held the role of Vice President of Operations at Custom Goods Logistics from 2005 to 2008 and was responsible for managing a startup operation and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives. Donald also worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Consolidated Container Company from 2000 to 2005, overseeing multiple plant operations in the plastic blow molding industry.

Donald's work experience also includes their time as the Lead Industrial Engineer at General Motors from 1994 to 1999, where they played a key role in implementing the Toyota Production System and Lean/Synchronous Manufacturing strategies.

Donald Lundberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. Donald also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the same institution. The start and end years for both degrees were not provided.
