Mitzy Vazquez,

Mitzy Vazquez started working at Carrollton Properties in 1996 as an Office Manager, and they held this position until 2001. In 2005, they joined BPG International as a Senior Manager of HR and Business Administration. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of HR needs and company policies, as well as overseeing the physical office space and employee systems. Mitzy Vazquez recently joined AmerCareRoyal in 2021 as the VP of Culture & Diversity.

Mitzy Vazquez has a solid education history in the field of Human Resources and Management. Mitzy obtained their Bachelor's degree from American Metropolitan Jobs in 2004. In 2010, they earned a certificate in Strategic Human Resources from E cornell. In 2016, Mitzy pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.

Additionally, Mitzy has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development. In 2019, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Mitzy also completed the Dare To Lead training from Dare to Lead™ in 2020. In 2014, Mitzy obtained certifications in Leadership Fundamentals and Time Management Fundamentals from lynda.com. Furthermore, they completed The Neuroscience of Learning course from Lynda.com in 2016.
