Atly Botas, P.E. has extensive work experience as a civil engineer. They started their career as a Project Engineer at NH Bettigole Co. in 1984 and worked there until 1995. They then joined Maitra Associates as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they worked at Vollmer Associates as a Project Manager from 1997 to 2002. They then joined Hatch Mott MacDonald as a Senior Project Manager from 2002 to 2008. At Hatch Mott MacDonald, Atly managed multiple projects concurrently and led design development teams in various locations. They then worked at Fay Spofford & Thorndike (now part of Stantec) as a Senior Principal Engineer from 2008 to 2010, where they expanded engineering services to existing clients and managed inspection teams. Currently, Atly is working at AmerCom Corporation as a Director of Business Development and Senior Project Manager, where they are responsible for developing relationships with new clients and pursuing business opportunities in the civil engineering sector. They have successfully developed a portfolio of rail projects in support of prime consultants for New Jersey Transit and MTA Long Island Rail Road.

Atly Botas, P.E. holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering, which was obtained from Stevens Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, Atly Botas, P.E. earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Atly Botas, P.E. has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
