Luis Barragan

Luis Barragan has over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry. Luis started their career in 1991 as a Project Engineer at HNTB and later worked at TAMS/Earthtech (AECOM) as a Project Manager. In 2005, they joined The Louis Berger Group as a Senior Project Manager. From 2006 to 2014, Luis served as a Civil/Highway Department Manager at Michael Baker Corporation. Luis then worked at Garden State Engineering, Surveying and Planning as a Senior Vice President, Engineering from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Luis was the Vice President, Director of Transportation, New York at Gannett Fleming. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Director of Engineering Services at AmerCom Corporation.

Luis Barragan pursued their education in civil engineering from 1986 to 1991 at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Luis earned both a bachelor's degree (BE) and a master's degree (ME) in this field during their time at the institute.
