Christian Rusteberg MBA, SPP, serves as the Corporate Strategy Development & Execution Manager at Ameren since 2018, leading various strategic initiatives including the SWOT Program and the development of the annual Strategy Whitepaper. Previously, Christian held the position of Segment Strategy Development & Execution Manager at Ameren, where notable achievements included significant cost reductions and improvements in customer and employee satisfaction. Prior to Ameren, Christian worked as a Senior Consultant at Heitmeyer Consulting and held multiple roles at First Bank, culminating in Director of Corporate Strategy, focusing on operational budgets and performance metrics. Christian co-founded American Heroes, a program supporting military families, and began a consulting career at Accenture. Educational credentials include an MBA in Information Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Illinois University.
