Jeff MacDonald

Jeff MacDonald, PMP, ACP has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff is currently working as a Lead Project Manager at Ameren since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Software Integration at Meridian Zero from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, Jeff worked as the NC DOT Project Manager at DataStaff, Inc. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Craig Technologies, where they served as a GRAVIT-E Engineer and IT Manager from 2009 to 2014. Their responsibilities at Craig Technologies included project management, IT and network security management, facility management, subject matter expertise on NASA IT contracts, and system architecture development for NASA's GSDO Program. Jeff was also involved in software development life cycle and security planning, as well as training program implementation for new employees. Before joining Craig Technologies, they worked as a Bartender at Nolan's Irish Pub and as the Youth and Teen Director at YMCA of the North Shore, where they created and managed programs, budgets, and training programs for leadership and citizenship development. Jeff also has experience as a Lead Systems Engineer at Maratech Engineering Services, IT Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman IT, and Intelligence Operations Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they had joint special operations duties, security clearance, and created training programs. Throughout their career, they have received commendations for their community mentorship programs.

Jeff MacDonald, PMP, ACP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Barry University. Jeff also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Communications from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition to their degrees, Jeff MacDonald has obtained certifications as an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2017 and 2014, respectively.
