Jennipher Politte

Jennipher Politte currently serves as the Manager of Executive Rewards at Ameren, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennipher accumulated significant experience at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where responsibilities included serving as VP of Compensation & Benefits and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs from November 2009 to June 2021. This included directing executive compensation plans, acting as a liaison for the Board's Compensation Committee, and overseeing various benefits programs. Additional roles at Enterprise included Interim Head of HR and VP of Benefits, where Jennipher managed health and welfare benefits and led benefits conversions for acquisitions. Earlier career experiences include positions at Monsanto and Solutia, Inc., as well as a managerial role at KPMG. Jennipher holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
