Paul Straughn

Paul Straughn has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the IT sector, primarily at Ameren since 1998. Currently serving as the Director of Identity and Access Management, Paul oversees the Cyber organization's Identity and Access Management practice, which encompasses both logical and physical access services. Previous roles at Ameren include Director of Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Identity, and Director of IT Infrastructure and Data Center Operations, where Paul managed IT infrastructure, data center operations, and enterprise applications. Before joining Ameren, Paul worked as an IT Management Consultant and Management Consultant at Accenture. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
