Stephen C. Lee

Stephen C. Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stephen C. began their career as an Associate at Rademaker, Matty, McClelland & Greve in 1996. After three years, they transitioned to Key Bank, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President and Compliance Officer in 1999. In the year 2000, they joined BP, where they held various roles and eventually became the Managing Counsel, Downstream Americas in 2013. In this position, they were a member of the Executive Leadership Team for BP's Fuels North America business, overseeing a large workforce and significant annual operating profits. Stephen's most recent role is as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Ameren since April 2020.

Stephen C. Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University from 1989 to 1993. Subsequently, they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law between 1993 and 1996.
