Theresa Shaw

Theresa Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Theresa began their career at PwC in 1995 as an Audit Manager and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they joined Ameren and held various leadership roles, including Investor Relations and Financial Reporting until 2012. Theresa then served as the Assistant Vice President and Controller from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Internal Audit. Theresa then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Financial Services from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Financial Services. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Ameren.

Theresa Shaw completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2017 at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
