Kathy Henderson

Kathy Henderson, CEM, currently serves as the National Business Manager for Healthcare at Ameresco, focusing on providing cleantech solutions to healthcare institutions. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Eagle Solar and Light, where responsibilities included sales engineering, business development, and leading strategic planning initiatives. As a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Shelby Dermatology, Kathy contributed to establishing a successful dermatology practice, managing operations, marketing, and human resources. Earlier career roles include Senior Account Manager at Astaris, LLC and Process Engineer at Monsanto Company. Kathy holds a Master's Level Certificate in Sustainability Policy and Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
