Jessica Betz has a solid background in swimwear design, with experience at multiple companies. Jessica started their career as a Patternmaker at Manhattan Beachwear, where they utilized Gerber AccuMark PDS to create patterns and ensure consistent fit. Jessica then worked at Nasty Gal as an Associate Technical Designer, where they updated BOMs and CADs and created technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator. Most recently, they worked at Amerex Group as an Associate Swimwear Designer and later as a Swimwear Designer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing brand-appropriate concepts, selecting materials, and creating computer-aided designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Jessica has a strong eye for design details and has experience with color, print, and styling.
From 2009 to 2011, Jessica Betz attended the Art Institute of Indianapolis. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design.
