Communications Engineer at Amergint Technologies

Aditya Dash has held various roles in the technology industry since 2015. In 2015, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Maryland, where they led weekly discussion sections for two classes, wrote quizzes for students, and held office hours to help students with assignments. In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where they developed an AngularJS application with a Mongoose backend. In 2017, they returned to the University of Maryland as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant. In their role as a Research Assistant, they developed a web application with a JavaScript frontend and a Scala backend, created a tool with the Google Maps API, and ran analytics on a Linux-hosted PostgreSQL database. In 2019, they joined Intelsat as a Software Developer and Associate Software Developer, where they automated the provision process at a Japanese NOC, streamlined antenna purchase order management, and took ownership of Apache Kafka and Node. In 2022, they joined AMERGINT Technologies as a Junior Communications Engineer.

Aditya Dash received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a CS Minor from the University of Maryland between 2014 and 2018. Aditya then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University between 2021 and 2022.
