Nestor Flores

Nestor Flores is a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience in healthcare staffing, currently with Amergis Healthcare Staffing since April 2024 and previously with Maxim Healthcare Staffing from February 2021 to April 2024. In both roles, Nestor has successfully led teams of healthcare recruiters, establishing direct partnerships with healthcare facilities in the Central Valley to address staffing shortages. Prior to entering healthcare staffing, Nestor was a business owner of Fresno Fit, managing an indoor group training gym that served over 1,500 residents and developing training plans for fitness goals. Nestor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Francisco State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
