Jagdish Marella

Jagdish Marella has worked in various recruitment consultant roles throughout their career. Jagdish started as an IT Recruiter at Advent Global Solutions in 2007, where they focused on finding consultants from different sites. Jagdish then moved on to Techgene Solutions in 2009, where they successfully managed the full recruitment cycle for various IT positions. In 2011, they joined Technical Strategies as a Senior IT Recruiter, maintaining good relations with consultants and vendors, and recruiting suitable consultants. In 2013, they worked at WissenPro IT Solutions as a Sr IT Recruiter, handling the entire recruitment process and interviewing and shortlisting consultants. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Katalyst Technologies as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in SAP positions and maintaining vendor relationships. Most recently, they worked at Halcyon Solutions from 2017 to 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on providing IT talent to clients across the United States. In 2019, they joined Ameri100 as a Recruitment Consultant.
