Franz Bajorat

Franz Bajorat serves as CFO in residence at AMERIA AG since January 2022 and works as a Senior Finance Expert at Reruption since October 2020. As the Co-Founder and Owner of Business- und Workshoplocation Café Lama since May 2019, Franz operates within the legal entity of Bajorat GmbH while maintaining a non-operative role. Franz founded Bajorat Finance Consulting in January 2019, providing financial growth consulting for companies with digital business models, including funding preparation, restructuring, and CFO services for various corporate ventures, tech scale-ups, and start-ups. Previous experience includes multiple senior finance roles at Mercedes-Benz AG from February 2016 to April 2023, and an interim position as Head of Finance at Croove GmbH, a Daimler subsidiary, from November 2016 to May 2017. Franz holds a Master of Arts in International Controlling and Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.
