James Faile

James Faile is an experienced instructional designer and program manager with a robust background in organizational development and business process improvement. Currently serving as an instructional designer at America First Credit Union since June 2019, James has previously held key roles at Vaporsens, Zions Bancorporation, Primary Systems, Inc., Circinus, LLC, and Lockheed Martin. James's expertise includes the development of training courses and instructional materials utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Suite, as well as managing diverse teams and projects. James earned an M.B.A. from Webster University and has completed coursework for a Master's in Computer Resources and Information Management, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
