Ashley Hayek

Ashley Hayek is currently serving as the Executive Director at America First Works and the Chief Engagement Officer at America First Policy Institute. With a strong background in political leadership and strategic planning, she has successfully led various coalitions and organizations to achieve their goals. Prior to her current roles, she has held positions such as National Coalitions Director at DJTFP, Inc., Executive Director at California Womens Leadership Association, founder and CEO of Golden State Consultants, LLC, and Policy Advisor at the Lincoln Club of San Diego County. Ashley's expertise lies in coalition building, strategic messaging, event planning, and financial strategy implementation. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
