John Martin

John Martin is the Additive Manufacturing Research Director at America Makes. Prior to this role, John was an Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Youngstown State University where he taught various courses and conducted research in Additive Manufacturing and Metal Casting. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, John has held positions such as Extrusion Engineer at The Steelastic Company, Mechanical Engineer at AjaxTocco Magnethermic, and Mechanical Engineer at Webco Industries.
