Elisabeth Aguilar is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in educational and technology initiatives. Currently serving as the Tech Skills Fellowship Program Manager at America On Tech since February 2022, Elisabeth leads efforts to equip underrepresented students with essential technology skills through tuition-free courses and internship programs. Previously, at PENCIL, Inc., from September 2018 to February 2022, Elisabeth managed partnerships between Fortune 500 companies and NYC public schools to enhance educational opportunities. Elisabeth's background also includes roles in education project management and curriculum design at Success Academy Charter Schools and various teaching positions at universities and institutions in the United States and France, with degrees in French Language and Literature from Purdue University and certifications in teaching English as a foreign language.

America On Tech (AOT) is an award-winning, early pipeline technology talent accelerator on a mission to prepare the next generation of leaders by creating pathways into degrees and careers in technology. To date, we have worked with more than 2,000+ students by leveraging the time, talent and expertise of software engineers and developers to teach our tuition-free courses and help provide work-based internship and learning programs to promote the advancement of underrepresented students into technology. Founded in 2014, AOT’s work has been featured in Forbes, CNN, The Huffington Post, TechCrunch, BET and other leading publications. NYOT has also been awarded by Forbes 30 Under 30, Wells Fargo and the Brooklyn Borough President’s Office.
