Julia Norris is an experienced professional in the field of adoption and social services, currently serving as the Director of Affiliate Offices & Accreditation at America World Adoption Association since 2002. America World Adoption Association is a not-for-profit, registerd 501 (c)(3) and is dedicated to building Christian families through God's design of adoption. America World was founded by Brian Luwis and his wife, Renee, after returning home from adopting their first daughter, Fei, from China. In the weeks and months that followed, the couple formed America World Adoption in hopes of aiding other families experience the joys and miracle of adoption. Since 1994, America World has flourished from the dream of one man, to a fully staffed organization with dedicated professionals and offices nationwide. Currently, America World has international programs in: China, Ethiopia, Rwanda, El Salvador, Honduras, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India, Uganda and is currently developing domestic adoption and foster care programs.
