Fariba Ingrid Hicks, MBA, currently serves as Vice President at AmeriCamp since December 2023. Previously, Fariba held the position of Senior Director at Intrax from March 2022 to December 2023, focusing on the growth and scaling of a new Camp program. From October 2013 to February 2022, Fariba worked at CCUSA, initially as Program Director and later as Vice President of the Work Experience USA Program, achieving significant post-recession growth of 114% from 2013 to 2019. Prior to CCUSA, Fariba held various business development roles, including positions at BriTech Group, Inc. and Intrax Cultural Exchange. Fariba holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.

AmeriCamp is a friendly, fun-loving organisation that offers people around the world the chance to work at a summer camp in America as either a camp counsellor or a support role. AmeriCamp was named Best Summer Camp Organisation by Save The Student for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 because of how much our AmeriCampers get and the great personal service we offer. In 2013 The Independent said that AmeriCamp were "the only choice" when choosing a Summer Camp Organisation.
