Claire Mickelson

Claire Mickelson has over 15 years of experience in governance and policy analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Governance & Board Relations at the American Academy of Actuaries since November 2007. Prior roles at the Academy included Senior Governance Analyst, Senior Policy Analyst, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Claire was a Junior Associate at Homer Law Firm and worked as a Legal Assistant at Lobel, Novins & Lamont, LLP from 2000 to 2006. Claire holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, obtained in 2006, and a D.E.A. de Droit Public de l'Economie in Administrative Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, earned in 1998.
