Abiba Salahou

Abiba Salahou is a Psychiatry Resident Physician at Yale New Haven Health, currently serving as a Doximity Op-Med Writing Fellow. Abiba is also a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line and an active member of various medical organizations, including the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Abiba has a strong background in research and community service, having served in roles such as Clinical Research Assistant and Student National Medical Association Executive Board member. With a diverse educational background from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine to Bard College, Abiba is committed to healthcare, advocacy, and civic engagement.
