Lucinda Flowers

Lucinda Flowers, CMP, serves as the Assistant Director of Exhibits & Special Events at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry since May 2016 and is also an Association Management and Meetings Consultant for Bright Box Creative Solutions. With extensive experience in membership management, meeting planning, budget management, and revenue generation, Lucinda has successfully increased meeting attendance and improved operational efficiencies in previous roles, including Senior Director of Education at the Association of University Programs in Health Administration and Senior Director of Operations at Transmarx, LLC. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University and has contributed to various high-profile projects across multiple sectors, demonstrating a strong capability in managing logistics, educational content, and member relations.
