Amy Twite

Amy Twite is an experienced Convention and Events Strategist currently working at the American Academy of Family Physicians since April 2023. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Meeting Planner for the Children's Hospital Association from May 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included planning and executing 30-40 meetings annually, contract negotiations, and event coordination. Additional experience includes positions as Client Services & Event Coordinator at NCM Associates, Sales Coordinator at Sheraton Overland Park Hotel, Event Planning Intern with the Kansas Shrine Bowl, and Guest Services at Hilton Garden Inn. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from Kansas State University.
