Brittany Smith is an experienced educator and strategist currently serving as a Learning Development Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians since March 2022. In this role, Brittany collaborates with a team of educators to create quality content for family physicians, focusing on engaging and interactive online learning opportunities. Prior experience includes serving as Science Department Chair at Blue Valley School District, where Brittany facilitated a professional learning community and provided mentorship to educators. Brittany also held various coaching and teaching positions, including Head Girls Track and Field Coach and Instructor for Chemistry and Honors Chemistry. Brittany holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Emporia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Central Missouri.
