Wes James is an accomplished Learning Architect at the American Academy of Family Physicians since May 2008, specializing in the planning, development, and measurement of continuing medical education (CME) curriculum. Previously, Wes James held roles as Manager of the Learning Design Department and Learning Strategist, focusing on educational design, program evaluation, needs assessment research, and curriculum planning. Prior experience includes serving as a 7th Grade Science Teacher at Platte City Middle School from August 2001 to December 2007. Wes James holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology/Research from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
