Alexandra Besch

Alexandra Besch is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a diverse background in project management and public relations. Currently serving as an Associate Marketing Project Manager and Advocacy Program Manager at the American Academy of Neurology since September 2021, Alexandra has also held roles such as Assistant Account Executive at Tabor PR and intern positions at Cornerstone Government Affairs, LS2group, and The Harkin Institute. A graduate of Drake University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Politics, Alexandra has also studied at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, where a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies was earned.
